Either CSS style error or bug in that I can edit a file of a specific commit

When I browse the file of a specific commit, the "edit" button has a "disabled" style but I can still click and edit the file.

I'm not sure whether the bug is that I can edit the file or whether applying the disabled style is wrong.

(using Gitlab CE 6.2)
